UNION DUES WAIVER

Sisters/Brothers:

 

The National Constitution allows dues waivers when the member is off work and the requested dues waiver is approved as per the National Constitution.  In order to be eligible, you must be a member in good standing.  Membership is a condition of employment (4.07 of the Collective Agreement).  For RAND members, please note that upon becoming a member, the union dues waiver is not retroactive.

***AMENDED*** RESULTS OF EXECUTIVE ELECTION (SECOND ROUND) 2023 – 2026 TERM

Dear Sisters, Brothers and Comrades,

 

Second Round Elections commenced February 28, 2023, and concluded March 7, 2023, in compliance with Article 8 of the Toronto Local By-Laws (Ver. June 15, 2021).  Ballot counting occurred on March 13, 2023 from 10:31 a.m. to 9:11 p.m.  In addition to the Election Committee and an independent third party (Bridge Consulting) nominee appointed union members participated in the ballot counting as scrutineers.
