Record of Employment Automatically Sent

Dear Comrades

Canada Post is continuing their bullying tactics. Members have received calls from CPC informing them they were laid off while they were on the picket line. This is a scare tactic. CPC wants us to weaken but we are stronger together. We must continue to keep the picket line strong to show Canada Post that an injury to one is an injury to all and we will NOT BE BULLIED!

The Toronto Local is asking that all members who have received a call from Canada Post please fill out a grievance which is available on the Toronto Local website.  You may send the completed grievance to my email at [email protected].

Members should also be aware that all workers will receive an ROE (record of employment) because we have been out more than 7 days. This does not mean you are laid off. Only the workers who received calls CPC should fill out a grievance.

STAY STRONG

April 28 Day of Mourning

Dear Postal Workers,

On April 28th, we observe the National Day of Mourning to honour those who have lost their lives or suffered in the workplace. This day also serves as a call to action for stricter safety standards. Let’s stand in solidarity with our fellow Postal Workers, advocating for the vital changes our workplaces need and resisting intimidation from management.
