SEPTEMBER 30, 2025 - 10:00 A.M.

JOIN US – BE PART OF RECONCILIATION

Sisters, Brothers & Siblings,

“Reconciliation should not be about an apology, nor should it be like a holiday or a birthday when we have a ceremony once a year.  Reconciliation should be like a river, continuous and always making changes.”   Eddie Charlie, Residential School Survivor

In honour of this day, please join us at the Toronto Local Union Hall, 47 Densley Avenue, Toronto, Ontario for a short program.   Family and friends are all welcomed.  There will be plenty of parking spaces available.  Please wear an orange shirt when you attend.

In Solidarity,

Mark Lubinski,

President,

Your participation will be appreciated.

Thanks!

We just sent a message they can’t ignore.
Canada Post’s so-called “final offer”?
DEAD ON ARRIVAL.

Almost 70% VOTED NO.
Over 80% SHOWED UP.
They pushed fear—we pushed back harder.
They tried to divide us—we came out stronger.

This was a wake-up call for the boss: AND THEY ARE  BACK TO THE TABLE. On August 12, both parties met with the federal mediators and agreed to continue on with negotiations.

The overtime ban stays ON.

In Solidarity and Strength,

Mark Lubinski

Says it would be inappropriate— but a staffer might do

The Toronto Local CUPW asked for a meeting with a Federal Cabinet Minister whose own constituents include hundreds of postal workers and their families.

We wanted to talk about the real issues affecting our lives; bargaining, job security, and respect on the work floor.

Here is what we got back from the Minister’s office:

The Toronto Local has a proud history of defending workers’ rights—and once again, we’ve stood strong together by overwhelmingly rejecting the employer’s final offer!

Your Toronto Local representatives thank every single member who stood up and voted your solidarity strengthens not only our local, but the entire labour movement across Canada.

WHEN WE FIGHT TOGETHER, WE WIN!
