Right to Representation for Bidding Regardless of the Dictatorship

Sisters, Brothers, Cousins

This is just to advise that you have a right to have a shop steward present when you are bidding for your position at the Gateway East Plant.

Ask for a shop steward to be with you, management is conducting the bids after dictating the rules and we have no doubt that there will be many mistakes. It is just the way it is.

We will update the membership on any changes that could occur in the near future, for now the Local does not agree with any part of the changing of your hours or the bid and will not participate as far as placement.  We will however be there for our members who wish to have the Union present.  Contact you’re A/Executive Steward Illyas Modhi 647-909-1162

April 28 Day of Mourning

Dear Postal Workers,

On April 28th, we observe the National Day of Mourning to honour those who have lost their lives or suffered in the workplace. This day also serves as a call to action for stricter safety standards. Let’s stand in solidarity with our fellow Postal Workers, advocating for the vital changes our workplaces need and resisting intimidation from management.
