Change Article 9 (a) to read: The General Membership meeting shall be the third Tuesday of each alternate month (Jan. Mar., May, July, Sept. & Nov) at 7:00 p.m. and on the third Sunday of each alternate month(Feb., Apr., June, Aug., & Oct.) at 12:00 p.m. In the case of a conflict with Easter in April, the Sunday meeting will be held the second Sunday of that month. The December meeting shall be held on the second Tuesday of that month. These meetings shall be held at the Union Hall. Please turn over for motion submitted by Rajneel Christian/Abid Hassan
