Sisters and Brothers:

The Local encourages all RSMC members to make every effort to attend this very important meeting. This meeting will give all RSMC members the opportunity to vote on new changes that have been negotiated in your collective agreement.

In attendance at this meeting will be First National Vice President Gayle Bossenberry, National Director Irwin Nanda, and Kathy Zimmer and George Pratt from the National Negotiating Committee.

National will explain the changes and present the rationale behind these current changes, giving you an opportunity to ask questions and address all of your concerns. It is also the time for the membership to exercise your democratic right to accept or reject the proposal.

We are looking forward to hear the debate and the concerns raised by the membership at the meeting.
